EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with any product you have ordered from us. All products purchased from zarcoo.com (except imported A-d-s ice silk Boxers, Ice- Silk Imported Shirt and H-M-S Boxers) can be exchanged within 24 Hours or 1 days only if:
- You must notify us within 1 days of delivery by calling or Whatsapp at +92-301-9508560. In case an item is found to be faulty or damaged, you will have to send the defective product back to Zarcoo within 7 days of delivery icluding delivery charges. Upon receipt, Zarcoo shall issue a replacement against the product mentioned in the Invoice (Imported Ice Silk boxers will not be exchange). You will be required to send photographic evidence of the defective item at +92-301-9508560 within 1 days of purchase before any claims can be processed. There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns & exchanges. Such scenarios include:
- Anything is missing from the package including price tags, labels, Zarcoo does not offer a “cash refund” or “Money Back Guarantee” on purchased items.
- Product is damaged because of use or product has been tampered.
Zarcoo reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel or decline any order, at any time and for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing or listing errors, payment authorization or processing issues, suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions, or any other operational, technical, legal, or business-related reason. In the event an order is cancelled after payment has been received, Zarcoo will process a refund of the applicable amount in accordance with its refund policy.
A “refund” will not issued if:- The item(s) does not match the original specifications of the product or is found to be not the same as you had actually purchased or the replacement (size or color) is unavailable.
- The transaction does not verify the security checks and Zarcoo is not willing to process such order.

The shipment has been delayed due to weather issues, logistic issues, political issues, etc. and the customer thinks that they do not need the products any longer.
- Return and exchange polices are not applicable on sale items and our imported A-d-s ice silk Boxers, H-M-S Boxers, Imported Ice Silk Shirt and Car Fragrance Diffuser.
- Customers are responsible to bear the cost of return shipping+ Extra 350 pkr packaging charges in case of exchanging or return of any products.
- In return of any product 4% tax of COD also deducted from the total Amount.
